"Sky Pictures" is a project consisting of 88 pieces for orchestra, each based on a separate constellation of the night sky and divided into eight separate volumes according to the grouping of the constellations into families. Volume 1, "Ursa Major" Deals with constellations surrounding the north celestial pole, and comprises Ursa Major, Lynx, Ursa Minor, Draco, Boötes, Canes Venatici, Camelopardalis, Coma Berenices, Leo Minor and Corona Borealis.
Volume 2 of "Sky Pictures", "Orion" contains pieces based on the Orion family, and comprises the constellations Orion, Monoceros, Lepus, Canis Major and Canis Minor.

Awe was written in 2011. It is an exploration of the unveiling of a vast, awe-inspiring vision, maybe arriving at a viewpoint and gazing on a landscape laid out before you, maybe the sudden realisation of something overwhelming, or dare I say, the unexpected relief at finding the way through a new composition?

Christmas is a time rich in music of many kinds, especially in the form of the carol which while not unique to Christmas, has become particularly associated with this time of year. This album comprises ten of my own favourite carols arranged for orchestra, some in a very familiar way, others maybe not quite so! I hope that some of your particular favourites are also some of mine and that you enjoy listening to these arrangements as much as I have enjoyed creating them.
